Icon colouring tutorial [ October 4th, 2006 @ 5:15pm ] [ mood | crappy ]  to this follow these simple steps First sharpen your base and smooth the skin abit   then paste this over it  and set that to Exclusion 100 then make a new layer to flood fill it with this #ffffff (white)   so paint shop its layer>> new raster layer and photoshop layer>> new layer set that to softlight 100 then merge the layers flatten then duplicate it and set it on layer burn  after that brighten it abit so in paint shop Adjust>> brightness and contrast >> brightness/contrast set that to how you want it, but not to bright. others  used with this tutorial     Leave a Comment Add to Memories Edit
